The folks over at Coxsoft Art News sent me a request they received from a Dhugal Dennison of Fullfat Publications (the email is at the bottom of the page). Dennison is requesting artwork for a new book series, the first of which contains 21st century digital artwork. Their aim is to sell the books, but the artists are not paid for their contributions.
A Google search for "Fullfat Publications" proved fruitless (at least while compiling this article), and a search for "Dhugal Dennison" resulted mostly in press releases. Of the results which were not press releases, there were mostly online self-publication stores with Dennison's work and a website belonging to his website design company.
A search for the provided address and name resulted in no matching results, but that could either be due to my lack of familiarity with searching addresses in the UK or because Dennison has an unlisted number (I, after all, have an unlisted number!).
At this point, I would simply suggest that artists deal with Dennison cautiously. It seems mostly that Dennison is working on several digital art projects, but the fact that he wants artists to provide him with free artwork is distasteful. If you have more information about Dennison, please contact me or post information in the forum.

My name is Dhugal and I am the owner of Fullfat Publications, we are a small publishing company that is about to start a series of book starting with 21 st Century Digital Art volume one. The books are designed for people like yourself to be able to display your work free of charge and by giving a brief profile and contact / web info will help promote you.
The book will be issued in volumes each and every time we feel we have a great collection of art to display. We aim to be in all highstreet book stores within the UK and be in Amazon and other top online book stores across the globe.
If you are interested in being a part of the first edition then please do the following:
Post the below info to – Dhugal Dennison / Fullfat, 26 Bitch Street, Swindon, Wiltshire, UK, SN1 5EU
We will need a disc of your work (from 3 to 10 art works in vector or very large and clear form), Also;
Your full name and a profile name if different, address, email, web and telephone contact info, a brief profile, where you were born, male or female, your interests, what experience have you done, what’s on your CV, recommended artists names and how you heard of them, the names of the artwork on the disc and explain what they are about and when you did them,
Also, within the info, please write and say you agree to allow Fullfat Publications to display your art and that you understand you will not receive any revenue from this.
If possible, we would appreciate it if you would contact any other independent digital artists you may know or can source or even recommend and ask them to do the same thing as the more the merrier!
